To reverse the simple part should be not a problem, but need to be analyzed specifically when we get this project. Would you please send us the product?Normally we don't provide reverser engineering service, but this will require extra charge, If you would like us to do so, Please send the product to us.

Can you do high volume project ?

Yes, we can do high volume project by injection molding, die casting ect. For example, we once delivered 160,000 pcs of plastic products.

It depends on the material and the usage of the components. For bulk order we can use forging, casting for metal and molding injection for plastic material.It depends on the material and the usage of the components. Sure, after applied with our manager, in order to work a close and stable partnership, we are pleased to help make 1 free sample for checking before mass production. Yes, we have done this sample offer before mass production in previous projects. You can place an order for 100 pcs, then we will deliver 1 or multiple samples before MP for your confirm. Yes, you can pay the sample cost, and we will refund the amount once we have your order.

I need the parts urgent.Could you finish the 100pcs within 1 week?

ok, understood the urgent situation. But I need to check with our production to see if it is possible to make special arrangement. When is the deadline?An quick update for your urgent order, we can arrange production to do overtime job, however it should charge extra USD 2.5 per unit, shall we have a go?

I want to make a mold, can u give me a sample first?

Please kindly understand that the process of injection molding need to make a mold first. After the mold is made, we will send the samples to you for approval. Would you like to proceed with the mold making?The injection mold must be made first. we can make you samples in 3d printing or vacuum casting if it's used for design test.

How many pieces can you produce per month?

It's hard to calculate the q'ty of prototype, but we can serve more than 10000 pcs of different prototype monthly no matter it is simple or complicated design as we own 120 CNC machine and more than 100 expertise master in our factory. We are top 1 of big and best prototype maker in SZ.

Can you help to put the logo on the prototype?

Sure, we can do logo on your product either laser etching, CNC engraving or silk screen, can you please advise which one do you prefer and send us the AI file?

What's the tolerances can you make

Accepted Answer

We can provide critical tolerance according to your actual demand. Normally, for CNC machinig, we do metal parts as per ISO 2768 M and plastic parts as per ISO 2768 C. If the higher tolerance needed, the cost will be higher. Besides, our standard tolerance for 3d printing is +-0.1mm, Vacuum Casting is +- 0.15mm. It mostly depends on its complexity, could you please send over your 2D files then we can evaluate further with specified tolerance.

I don't have pantone number and color samples. Could you paint it blue for me?

It depends on process, for CNC machining, we have VMC-650 CNC machine, and can handle 5m parts. Can you send us the 2d and 3d drawings.

Sure we support editing the quote to add or remove the parts, change the configure or remarks online directly, then our engineer will update the quote by then.

Currently our systerm cannot support bonding payment for multiple orders together yet, it needs to pay on the single order. But we can help to ship together to save some shipping cost.
